I went to Salisbury Hospital on 10th August for Kidney stone removal. From the time I arrived I was put at ease. My treatment was excellent. The doctor was lovely explained everything and put me at ease. I walked to the theatre and was greeted by senior nurse, she put me as ease as I was not looking forward to this operation, all the staff in the theatre were great. After op woke in recovery again lovely nurse by my side. Taken to ward for a welcome cup of tea and sandwich, again lovely friendly staff. Also I was given dinner before going home. I have to go back in six weeks as stone was impacted and could not be removed. But when I go back I will not worry as I know I will be looked after. This is not my local hospital which would be Bath RUH. But from my first visit in June to my op the service is 10 out of 10. From reception staff all the way to consultant, nurse's, doctors every one was excellent. THANK YOU ALL.
"Great experience"
