"Worst department ever."

This department is the worst department ever,

I and an appointment on the 13th July and got told they will send a letter to my GP how ever it is now 4 weeks ago and the letter has still never gone to my Drs I am now at my very important tablets and the doctors won't give me anymore because this department can't be bothered to send my letter over to my DRS SURGERY so therefore I have now have to carry on suffering. I hope and pray that when I ring them tomorrow for another reason I hope they listen and sort it out and hopefully resolve this as well.

So just be warned that if they say they are going to do something they won't!! So now I have 2 suffer till they can be bothered
