"Awful surgery"

Absolutely awful surgery.

You can never get an appointment when you need one, as you have to call and book on the day, for that day. Do they not understand some people work?

When I want an appointment with a doctor I don't expect to be told I have to wait for a doctor to call me back sometime that day, I work on an oil refinery; that just isn't helpful, I do not have a phone to hand all day!

Even if you explain your situation, the surgery are not helpful at all in trying to help you.

I've recently had difficulty breathing, so I have been to the medical centre at work to seek help. After monitoring me for 2 weeks they told me to see my doctor.

I ring up the surgery to book an appointment with a doctor, explaining my situation. To much frustration they would only let me book an appointment to see a nurse, who at the appointment told me I'm fine.

I go back to work and they refer me to the doctors again, exactly the same situation again, I was brushed off and told I'm fine.

I have absolutely given up with this surgery, they have no interest in helping you. If anything, they want to push you away so they don't have to 'deal' with you.

I shall be changing surgeries. The NHS is getting worse and worse.
