About: Northwick Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

My mother was a patient on Fredrick Salmon ward a number of weeks ago. She was brought in to A& E and had an emergency operation in 24 hours. She was there for 5 days and the care she was given by doctors and nurses was excellent. I felt that they were always short staffed but still managed. My mum wants a huge shout out to three nurses who really made an difference on not just my mums care but everyone else. They are Catherine, James and Olivia.... The lady who did the catering was also very good. We think her name was Kristie? Thank you guys and to St Marks and Northwick Park Hospital.

Thank you very much for taking the time to express your appreciation with the care that your mother received on Fredrick Salmon ward recently.

I was pleased to learn that the care by both the doctors and nurses was excellent. It is always encouraging to receive positive feedback and your comments are much appreciated. I will of course share your very kind words with the individual members of staff and the team in general, who I am sure will be very heartened to hear that their good work has been recognized in such a way.
