"Excellent and Quick Treatment"

I woke on a Friday morning feeling very unwell with symptoms I couldn’t ignore. I phoned the surgery at 10 am and I was given an appointment for 11.30 am. The GP saw me on time and she was excellent in her attitude and attention to my symptoms, which was so reassuring. She sent a prescription directly to my chemist and asked me to submit a urine specimen which would be collected that afternoon from the surgery, which I did. I picked up my prescription from the chemist and was able to use it before going to bed and I believe this enabled me to have a good nights sleep and feel a little better the next day. I’m very lucky to be registered at such an excellent, efficient, professional surgery staffed with really nice, caring people who are doing their best for patients. The reception staff were so busy during my visit but they too were very polite and approachable to patients. The surgery itself is clean, bright, modern and comfortable and I certainly can and will recommend it.
