"Practice with professional and compassionate..."

I have been registered with this practice for many years, since they have opened it and I always come back when I need to be seen by a Doctor or Practice Nurse with a pleasure and confidence that will be treated like a patient with a great respect and dignity.

Unfortunately, this practice stopped being a GP service therefore, I had to register with a local surgery in the area where I reside, which is a totally different story.

Recently, I could not get an appointment with my GP therefore, I went to Walk In Centre and was examined by a Nurse Practitioner, who was absolutely excellent. She did all necessary examinations and then referred me to hospital for further investigations. It was such an amazing experience, when someone was paying attention to my health problems and experiencing symptoms, listening carefully and then acted accordingly.

All doctors and other Practitioners in this practice are very professional and knowledgeable who are willing to help at any time you attend being unwell or having serious health issues. They are dedicated and caring. Could be easily called the ROLE MODELS.

Also the Reception Staff - they are very polite and willing to help. Always smiling and welcoming.

Hull City should be proud of this Practice. They deserve 10 out of 10.
