"Fourth visit due to scad heart attack"

About: The Great Western Hospital / Cardiology

Hospital have no communication skills had no awareness of scad heart attacks eventually rushed to Bristol for emergency operation. After Bristol operation been admitted back to this hospital kept in bed no communication or discussions with consultants. Only hso sent to see me every day. Felt like prisoner with no information.
