It's official - I am a complex patient!
The doctors at this practice have been unfailingly helpful with my many and various problems.
Sometimes all the interactions are so complicated they have to go and get additional specialist advice to deal with me and I am truly grateful for their honesty and empathy.
If they can't give me an answer immediately, they always chase things down and get back back to me when they say they will.
I have also been really impressed with the skills and sensitivity of the practice nurse - an umentionable procedure that I have found horribly painful in the past was swiftly and sympathetically carried out with no pain or indignity at all.
The receptionists are also consistently polite, helpful and discreet.
