Called in need of medical assistance whilst on holiday. Severe neck pain, unable to move my neck.
Told straight away that they have no obligation to offer an appointment as I'm not one of their registered patients. Wouldn't even give me a telephone appointment with a Dr.
"Non-resident = no appointments"
