"Shocking"

I personally wouldn’t recommend this GP practice to anybody. You would be very lucky to get an appointment when you need one. It’s very difficult to get through to anybody as nobody answers the phone. When I have actually been able to get an appointment, I have been left waiting for almost 2 hours past my appointment time before actually being seen. When you do eventually get seen to, the doctors don’t seem to care. My daughter has had awful chest infections and really struggled with her breathing, but nobody is bothered. I once called 111 for my daughter when she was struggling, who sent an ambulance immediately and took her to A&E. I’ve been trying to get through to them all morning to rearrange an appointment and nobody is answering the phones, it just rings out. I have attempted to call them upwards of 10 times just this morning. It’ll be my fault, however, when I don’t attend my appointment.
