"Appalling reception staff"

Like others, I feel compelled to complain about the reception staff at the surgery. So much so I am formally submitting a complaint. Their attitude is disgraceful. Today I’ve twice had the phone put down deliberately because I had the audacity to ring during lunch time. On the whole doctors pretty good; but the receptionists act like gods. My complaint will also be covering the fact the surgery has allowed all nursing staff to take the same holidays. I’m seriously considering moving surgeries.
