"Very calm and reassuring"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I recently had surgery at Arrowe Park to remove toenails from both feet. This was at the Podiatry Department, It went tremendously well. I was dreading the appointment even though I needed the treatment but I needn't have worried, it was fabulous. I think it was the attitude of all the staff that mage it all so much better, they were very calm and reassuring and helped to settle my anxiety. It only took about an hour, though it didn't even seem that long.
