"Rudeness of receptionists: wannabe doctors"

I am extremely disappointed and appauled by certain services at this establishment mainly front of house / reception area. A poster clearly states in the practice that any abuse or rudeness to staff members will not be tolerated however no mention of rudeness toward patients is to be seen. I have read another review on this site which states very similar to what I am stating about receptionists thinking they are doctors giving out incorrect information and being extremely judgmental and as a mother I feel severely questioned by my motives and decisions. I have also been questioned about my own medication and personal history by a receptionist at this practice which should not be tolerated. This is a pity as the nurses are amazing and doctors very friendly. It is a shame that it is all let down by your reception staff.
