"Support given to me and my mother during her..."

The staff who work on Herm Ward are compassionate and patient and really work hard to get to know the personality of their patients so that they can relate to their concerns. My mother has been in Herm for over four months and I believe she couldn't be in safer hands!! I live in Birmingham and so it's been a very worrying time for me. I have been kept up to date on mum's condition and have always been given time to be listened to ( whether on the phone or when I have visited ). I have not got anything negative to say about mum's treatment or the support I've been given!! I continually thank the staff, and their reply is always " I'm just doing my job". Well, I believe they go above and beyond their job at all times!!!! My heartfelt thanks to them all!!
