About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Gynaecology

I have previously had gynaecology surgery at Queen Alexandra for severe stage 4 Endometriosis . The process was relatively smooth, efficient and well handled. However, I am waiting for more surgery. I had my pre-op in early February and was told surgery would be within three months of that date.

I recently phoned to make enquiries as to how long it would now be and have left 2 voicemail messages - no-one has phoned me back. It is now August, no sign of an NHS appointment letter, no callback, I’m still in the dark. Is this good enough service? No of course not!
