"Truly grateful to staff at cardiac rehab service, Rotherham"

(as the patient),

Since my heart attack the doctors and all health care staff have looked after my problems and different aftercare for which I am truly grateful. I can really look forward to my family and grandchildren for some time to come (who I love all of them very deeply). So I will send my thanks and gratitude to all health care staff, knowing any problems all the staff are around.
