"Health Issues"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I was referred to the Acute Medical Unit by my GP because of fast pulse rate, high blood pressure and fast heart rate  I also had dizziness and nausea.  From the moment I stepped on to the unit I was warmly greeted by a gentleman who took all my details and it felt so very reassuring.

A lovely nurse introduced herself and apart from being very thorough she was also kind and reassuring. The Doctor was exceptional, she really sat and listened to me, she made time for me and was, like the nurse kind and reassuring. I arrived at approx. 9.30 am.  and left at 4.30 pm.  I have no complaints about anything or anybody.  A kind and reassuring word can make such  a difference when you don't feel well.  Thank you all very much.
