My wife & I have been patients at the Mayday Hospital for the last 10 years.
This place does seem to be making an effort to improve it's services. I've just been discharged & the food was very good. In the summer they took the time to call my wife the day after she was discharged to check she was OK.
That wasn't the case until very recently.
