"My needs"

I have been under the hesketh centre for over 8yrs I had best quality of service psychology psychiatric help but unfortunately moved to just outside the borough's residency and now can not get the urgent help I require,now I am left unstable suicidal and no help for what I need in lancashire whotsoever.I felt safe secure in the hands of people who knew me I only live just past tarleton I now have no help my mental health is deteriorating severely if only they had better guidelines to were we can still recieve services afterall the hesketh centre would have still been lancashire if southpirt hadnt been put under merseyside hopefully this will change befor its too late.tracy berry(now tracy simm)
