"Eating disorder service at Birmingham Forward..."

Not professional as my notes were never used for my diagnosis, notes are not read. No support was given, only leaflets. Support offered by staff, support line number, found out I had to self-fund for it. Bad service. Clinical staff failed to communicate, practice effectively and be supportive to youths, very unhappy to use this service.
