I was experiencing frequent panic attacks, constant self-diagnosis and worrying something was wrong with my health.
I tried some mindfulness which was good that helped me relax, going to the Doctors and doing these sessions was helpful too.
I found the visual material useful to look at and understand what I was feeling was understood.
I felt the first session was hard to begin verbalising what I was experiencing, but it did get better.
