Invited for Left Knee replacement operation on 4/8/2018, subsequent to previous diagnosis and consultation.

Prior Appointment for Pre-Op survey very useful, especially from a patient information point of view from the Physiotherapy Dept.

This gave an honest appraisal of levels of pain to be expected and methods of control in this area. A complete explanation of the operation and any complications possible and the necessity of a comprehensive exercise program, to be adhered to, to obtain the best possible outcome and result from the Operation.

The Operation "went very well" and subsequent aftercare from nurses and ward staff was all provided at the highest level of professionalism and concern for comfort given. With great attention to details.

All of this enabled me to achieve a discharge date of 6/8/2018. Two days sooner than the probable scheduled date, having met the clinical standards required.An excellent Team.
