This is a top department. I cannot overstate how good the staff were. I could single people out but I have no doubt that all the caring staff in the unit have the same qualities.
The treatment it's true was no picnic but I was out in four days weak but OK, in 6 months was eating in line with the new me. 12 months down the tracks I'm appreciating life once more.
Can't praise these wonderful people too highly. If you're looking at this thinking of whether you should have the treatment or not, GO FOR IT.
IMHO, you won't find better anywhere.
