"I came in to be assessed for a power chair."

Hi there,

I came in earlier today to be assessed for a power chair.

I just want to say thank you so much for your kindness and support and for your help in making me feel welcome and at ease throughout my appointment.

Everybody is so friendly and helpful and I enjoyed two lovely cups of coffee.

There is such a relaxed atmosphere in westmark Motherwell. I had been a bit nervous before hand not knowing what to expect, but I needn't have worried, and I am so grateful and excited to be getting a power chair which is going to completely change my life for the better. I have been in excruciating pain barely able to mobilise round my home and as I live alone it's important to get from A to B without injury.

I will now be able to get around my house with ease.

Westmark as a whole is amazing!

If a repair is needed then someone is out the very next day.

Even today my manual chair got two new front wheels fitted while I was being assessed for the power chair.
