"All the staff from start to finish were brilliant"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I spent the day here at west Middlesex day surgery, all the staff in this department from start to finish were brilliant, they worked very hard and they were very friendly and made you feel comfortable and safe they looked after me with so much care, along with everyone else they cared for they deserve to be recognised for this, so thank you to all of them for that,
