What I liked

I had to visit the x ray department for a spine x ray, I only had to wait about 5 minutes before being called through.

The nurse who carried out my x rays was friendly and put me at ease by explaining everything to me. -however see below

What could be improved

Whilst my x- rays were being carried out I could hear 3 or 4 people talking at the far end of the room behind the plastic screen but could not see anyone , I have no idea who they were but felt a little uncomfortable lying there in my hospital gown wondering if they could see me. I was worried it was a delivery person etc.

Perhaps there is an office adjoined to the department, if so may I suggest that the door is kept closed whilst patients are being x- rayed
