"Excellent reception team"

I have recently become quite unwell leading to a long period of time off work. I have found the reception team to always be available, helpful, calm, and polite. Various requests for prescriptions, appointments, tests, reports, referrals, etc. have all been dealt with efficiently.

Doctor/Nurse/HCA appointments arranged with minimal waiting time, sometimes same day but always within less than a week (even though sometimes longer than this would be acceptable.)

The building could do with a little attention to some redecoration.
