"Minor injuries"

Very disappointed and concerned after experience at minor injuries. Telephoned in advance to ask about head injury and told could not give advice over the phone so went in.

Told at reception only one nurse there as someone had had to leave. Without asking any questions apart from my name and address, the nurse behind the reception counter handed me a head injury print out available on the internet.

Was it really not even possible to look at it or ask how it was incurred?
