"Cant get to see a doctor"

On numerous occasions over the last 5 years my family have had need to see a gp. Often cant get an appt and when attending will be put off by receptionist. Last appt with bladder problem saw health care assistant who took a urine test and it was she who saw the gp! Antibiotics given without having test results. Now my partner has eye problem and gp cant see anything wrong though didnt examine the eye. Very poor service all together.
