this apartment reception staff i think they didn't have training before they got this job .when the patient reported to reception ,the staff did not know how to use the hospital's computer system to search patient GP details. they just keeping ask patient who is your GP.what is GP's telephone number and where is GP's address.I am afraid these staff discriminated because the patient was difficult to understand.If the manger of hospital see this feedback ,could just think about this matter,do not let this happen again.thank you
