access to appointments is much better. telephone advice quick and easy to obtain. Would be good if annual reviews were coordinated into a one stop shop in month of birth. convenient and easy to remember, and also better for the practice team.

Thank you for your feedback. Recently we have been working on a new recall system. We envisage this is substantial work the first year of the new system and extra work for our admin team. However in time this will mean that patients will be recalled for reviews on the birth dates and a smoother running system for patients and our clinical team. Thank you for your thoughts about access to our appointments. We review our system regularly in order to maintain and improve our services. Your feedback will be shared with our team.
