I was admitted to the A and E dept it 1.11 a.m. Having experienced a black out and suffering a severe blow to the back of my head, I was seen by the doctor who organised for a head scan to be carried out and put in place other investigations and checks.
The porter who took me to have the scan was wonderful.
I was then put into the “obs”ward.
Greeted by the nurse and the staff were great.
Basically we were most impressed by all the staffs’ professionalism and concern ( including the cleaner) and after 12 hours, I was discharged with no further referrals.
A great experience with this NHS Hospital.
