About: North Middlesex Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

The employee was very helpful and supportive in the FRACTURE CLINIC. She ensured I was assisted to get to my X-RAYS done as I've recently had a bunion surgery. She made the experience very seamless and easy which allowed me to be quick and see the relevant departments on time. I was very grateful as she took me around rather than getting a porter or making me walk to the appointments. Thanks for all your support, I had an amazing experience at North Middlesex.

The member of staff is a good example of the staff that should be out working with the public. Keep up the good work. May God bless you.

Dear Kay,

I have shared this lovely letter with the department. Everyone from the Nurses to the Doctors are extremely grateful for these kind words. We all strive to offer the best care possible to our patients and this staff member is an example to us all when it comes to giving the requisite care that our local population deserve
