"It is very inconsistent in the CustomerService."

It is very inconsistent. The policy around test results and being able to obtain them is very different. Sometimes received over the phone, asking for a print out sometimes any doctor will say yes other times only one doctor will give it. Which is frustrating as my health is of a concern at the moment.

Also one particular doctor is very aggressive and threatening. I do find the other doctors courteous.

In general you don’t get prescribed the best treatment or right treatment but the cheapest. I realise this is down to nhs though not the practice.
