"A and E with a toddler"

About: Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency Victoria Hospital / Radiology

(as a parent/guardian),

Attended our local A& E department with my toddler on a Sunday mid morning. We were in the dept for a total of an hour and that included time in X-ray too. Staff were really good at making my little boy feel at ease while remaining professional. Great care. Thank you.

Thank you very much for taking the time to tell us about your experience in the A&E department It sounds like it has been a timely and reassuring occasion. It can be a very worrying time for parents and children having to come into the hospital and I am pleased to hear that it has been a very positive one for you and your little boy. I will be happy to pass on your comments to all in the department to let them know how much their efforts have been appreciated.
