"Quick and helpful at urgent care"

About: Chase Farm Hospital / Accident and emergency

We headed to urgent care for my sibling who was in unbearable pain due to a back injury. Unable to sit down, we were referred to the kids area by the receptionist to lay on the floor, and told we would be called from there. This was very accommodating of them.

We were initally assessed in less than 20 mins and then almost immediately by the follow on. Painkillers and advise delivered in a timely and sympathetic manner. I was so surprised for the entire ordeal to be over within an hour, which is worth mentioning as the NHS constantly receives badgering for their long wait times (even though this is because of lack of resources rather than the hospital's fault itself).

Would highly recommend this quick and helpful unit. 5 stars.

Hello

Thank you for the time you've taken to leave a response.

I'm sorry to hear your sibling needed to come to our service and I hope they are recovered on or the path to recovery.

We employ some amazing staff at the centre and they will be made up reading your kind words.

With Best Wishes

Richard
