My mum has been under the most wonderful doctor De Silva and he’s team in the nephrology department Croydon university hospital for the last 6 years. He has been so kind and caring and helpful toward my mum's care. He also gives us as a family great support I would like to say a big thank you for being such a incredible doctor.
