"Amazing Staff in Haematology"

I have been visiting the clinic after being diagnosed with Neutropenia and the staff have been absolutely fantastic. They are the most friendly department and the consultants always have time to take questions and make sure you understand all of your options even when the clinic is really busy. I've never felt rushed out of an appointment and they have gone above and beyond to try and understand what is causing my illness. I no longer worry about going to clinic as I know the staff make it as nice as is possible when you're going through tests and treatment.

It’s great to hear that you’ve been given all the time you needed to ask questions of the consultants, especially during busy periods. I understand that times like this can be worrying, and it’s lovely to know that staff have gone out of their way to put you at ease.
