"Good surgery if not for the rude receptionist"

Been with this surgery just over a year now, never had a complaint over the doctors or the nurses. However I find one receptionist extremly rude.

I dread having to call up and have her answer the phone as you know when she does you are not going to get any where with her.

I called today about my daughter's repeat prescription and practically had my head bitten off over the phone, not how you expect a receptionist to act.
