What I liked
care in abulance brilliant, xray staff
What could be improved
was admitted to A & E via ambulance due to chest pain my doc told me i'd get help with transport there and back, whilst there (5 hours) wasnt offered a glass of water they signed me out at 11.40pm -( infection ) no help with travel home there where no busses and i was told i couldnt wait in A & E waiting room the receptionist at A & E was rather rude although i was front of line she told me to wait whist she had a conversation with friends from the back of the line. I had to wait outside in freezing conditions on a wooden bench from 11.50pm for 7 hours ( -1) i didnt know where i was, i was light headed, dizzy couldnt even walk straight, had no idea how to get to the bus stop either. I am on low income and entitled to transport via low income scheme as a result i feel worse today than what i did when admitted. Totally discusted by what happened,
Anything else?
As above and will be taking further action they where aware i had nobody to pick me up, my mobile phone was dead and only had a bit of change in my pocket.
"Disgusted"
