"Excellent service Day Surgery unit & Womens unit"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / Gynaecology

After an initial appointment at the Women’s unit followed by an operation yesterday at the Day surgery unit I found both experiences at the hospital to have been excellent. Professional caring staff from reception to consultant were kind and reassuring throughout the whole process. I hope they all realise what a positive effect their attitude has to very nervous frightened patients and how much it is appreciated
