Dear Anonymous

Thank you for your comments which will be shared with the Emergency Department (ED).

It is always pleasing to hear when a service has run smoothly and a patient seen in a timely manner by the right professional.

The use of Physiotherapists as part of the ED team is relatively new but seems to be helping with rapid assessment and treatment leading to a speedier discharge.

We are pleased you found this to be the case for you and hope that you soon feel better.

Regards

Patient Engagement Team
