"Everything was fine"

About: Central Middlesex Hospital

What I liked

All the staff I spoke to were helpful / polite, and gave me plenty of information about what was going on. My appointment involved having a rather intimate part of my anatomy scanned which could potentially have been slightly awkward, however staff put me at ease throughout, then explained the results and gave me useful advice afterwards.

What could be improved

No problems.

Anything else?

Don't know what the logistics would involve, but would be handy to have perhaps received a text reminding me about my appointment the day before or something like that.

Also, one of the first things I encountered upon entering the building were several big blue signs in the cafe encouraging me to 'play the health lottery'. While I thought this was quite amusing I can imagine some people might think it lacks sensitivity :)
