"i want to thank staff"

In the last year I have been very unwell due to an infection in a replaced hip - this led to my being hospitalised for many weeks. -getting home for ten days and being unwell with C Diff - and thanks to the care of Community nurse who comminivpcated with the doctor who promptly arranged my admission to hospital for another ten days - and subsequent care as I recovered - providing medical Certs for my employer which went on for months - this Dr is a greatly experienced - caring and has a sense of humour when time allows!?

Also major thanks to the doctor - u know what u assisted with for me - I know u will say it's your job - but nevertheless you gave me the chance to make a huge change in my life - and it paid off!,, I wish both Drs the very best that life can give you!
