What s complete joke if a hospital

Turned up for an appointment to see a consultant at17.30 for my appointment at 18.40. still waiting at 19.10. only to find out another patient has been waiting for her appointment 1.5 hrs.

Then to be told by a nurse the consultant wasn't even there and his booking system said he had no clients registered that evening.
