"Total shambles"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Was referred by my GP for a prostate examination with a request for no longer than two week wait. Didn't hear a word so I contacted hospital and was told "Your GP sent us the wrong address, he sent your old address(of 9 years past). We have tried to contact you by phone as well." "You didn't change your address with the Hospital when you moved"

Ok so my medical details are with my GP, the referral letter clearly states my current address, I obtain medication using my current address. Apparently this doesn't matter, if you move you have to inform the hospital, by the way that is just Medway, enquiries with two other Hospitals state the address is the one given to them at referral by your GP.

No missed calls on my home phone or mobile for the 29th June, the date they say I was called by them. "we don't leave messages" it would still show a call had been made. I can only assume someone at the Hospital is lying, the facts speak for themselves. Any referral is Important need I say no more, except Medway Maritime, get your act together.
