"Grateful that my fears have been put to rest"

About: Douglas Street Community Health Clinic NHS 24

(as a service user),

Just wanted to report that the excellent quality and efficiency of the service I received- from my first phone call to NHS 24- the speediness if my appt to see a practitioner- to the first class quality care and assessment I received from the nurse (Fiona) at Douglas St Clinic, Hamilton.

It made me feel respected and very grateful for the fact that although in the end my diagnosis has not been very serious- my fears have been put to rest and I have  been given treatment and medication advice.
