"First visit"

Today was my 1st visit for a an ultra sound scan ( I have had this scan at other hospitals previously ) I arrived well over an hour early as left early to try to find the hospital, so I was prepared for a long wait, The lovely lady left her lunch to see me straight away and I was actually back at home by the time my appointment should have been, she was polite efficient and chatty, I felt very good about the appointment. I was amazed at how clean and pleasant smelling the hospital was and the toilets were clean and easy to find - Parking was good and non stressful, - what I saw of the grounds was so very clean tidy and pleasant and at reception when we 1st arrived we were told that there was a garden if we wanted to sit in it - my overall comments is wow, wow, wow, well done !
