"Exemplary Coil removal by the Practice Nurse"

Just had an exemplary experience of a coil removal by Practice Nurse at St.Mary’s surgery, Ely. Consent was sought every step of the way and the Practice Nurse waited for consent to be given before doing anything, having beautifully explained what each step entailed and how it might feel. I was treated with kindness, compassion and respect throughout. It was literally the best Gynae experience I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot). Thank you for an exemplary beautiful experience! Great job! And huge relief to me to have such a positive medical experience.
