Dear MFox1

Thank you for taking the time to feed back on your recent experiences of care in MAU and Ambulatory Care as well as A&E. I'm very pleased to hear that you felt so well cared for whilst undergoing tests and treatments. This is the level of care that we aim to provide for every patient.

Ward staff will be very grateful for your positive feedback and I will ensure this is shared with them.

I hope that you are now feeling much better and thanks again for responding via Care Opinion - it is a great platform for us to get feedback and to take opportunities to learn from patients' experiences in order to further develop our service.

Regards

Lynne
